Tiama's Fit Culture
Local mum & business woman joined me this week to launch into the New Year & boy didn't we start on a positive high.
From being in the first cohort of Sandy Straits State School to go from Prep to Year Seven & then onto Urangan & Hervey Bay High Schools, Tiama spread her wings to live & experience other areas of Australia. But when it came to raising her family she has migrated home to what can only be described as the best place to raise a family in Australia.
"My mission in life is to help women feel better about themselves & build their confidence."
With 13 years of hairdressing under her belt, Tiama has found the perfect balance to be an active mum & career growth. Tiama can be contacted through her Facebook page Tiama Rose Hairstyling.
Another passion of Tiama is her fitness & she runs a Personal Training service out of the Allied Fitness Gym on Islander Road, Hervey Bay. Tiama offers a wide array of training solutions to work with clients to find the right fit for you to achieve your goals.
