Street food for celiacs, food allergy sufferers & other causes of controlled diets is now becoming more available across the Fraser Coast. It doesn't have to be flavorless or boring either! Today I chatted with Chris Wynne, part owner of The Bundy Burger Company, as I had noticed his business popping up at different events across the region. Why? You may wonder I would be chatting with a Bundy business when I focus on the Fraser Coast? My mouthwatering whenever I chat to someone about their food business is pretty normal for me, but I must admit my saliva glands worked overtime when Chris started telling me about their special recipe for a Spiced Bundy Rum infused into their BBQ sauce. OMG, I must stop thinking about this & may have to rethink what I was planning of having for dinner.
