Hi, I'm Jussy.  I started this podcast journey in February 2019.  It all started when I kissed a frog and..... sorry I get side tracked easily.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2012 & on Australia Day, 26 January 2019, I lost my vision.  A few months later a bit of contrast returned but I am still considered blind.

​

My daughter suggested I listen to a podcast & within a week when with determination & support from a technically disadvantaged support worker, I embarked on a journey creating this podcast.  

​

My goal is simply to create a podcast to entertain myself & keep  active.  What it created was an amazing journey of distraction & daily laughter as I explored the region, met wonderful people & shared our experiences.     

​

Now many  months on, the podcast and now blog following has increased.  I maintain this to be a free entity - keeping it free is part of keeping it fun, accessible & holistically focused on helping others promote their stories is very imporatant to me.

....and that is where my story used to end, but in 2020 I bought my first horse and have embarked on a mission to give back & together with a support team & fellow rider Tammy, I am riding 100Kms To Utopia.  The goal is to raise awareness of Multiple Sclerosis, Raise $20,000 for MS Queensland & have a great time on horseback exploring the Fraser Coast Region.  Follow our travels on Facebook - "100Ks To Utopia".
